CRUDE OIL TANKERS (LADEN CRUDE OIL OR BALLAST) DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN PORTS OF (US GULF, CARIBBEAN AREA & LATIN AMERICA) AND ASIAN PORTS. (Basis No.1/2018 and its updates. Valid until 30 June 2026.
Oil tankers” (Ballast or Laden Crude Oil) operating between the US Gulf ports (starting from Miami port and its western ports within the “US Gulf”) and the Caribbean area (Ports located North of San Andres Island- Latitude 12o 34′ 40” N) on one side and the following areas in Asia on the other side, shall be granted rebates as follows:
a) Arabian Gulf (ports within the Arabian Gulf starting from Sur port, Oman) and its eastern ports until before “Karachi, Pakistan”, shall be granted a rebate of 25% on Suez Canal
normal tolls.
b) Ports west of the Indian subcontinent (starting from “Karachi, Pakistan” up to Cochin at the west of India), shall be granted a rebate of 35% on Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) Ports located East of Cochin port shall be granted a rebate of 75% of Suez Canal normal tolls.

PETROLEUM PRODUCT TANKERS (TRANSIT DUES RATE 2L) DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN PORTS OF THE (US GULF, CARIBBEAN AREA & LATIN AMERICA) AND ASIAN PORTS. No.2/2023 June 2023 and its updates, Valid until 30 June 2026).
Laden “Petroleum Products” tankers (transit dues rate 2L) operating between the US Gulf ports (starting from Miami port and its western ports within the “US Gulf”) and the Caribbean area (Ports located North of San Andres Island- Latitude 12o 34′ 40” N) on one side and the following areas at Asia on the other side, shall be granted rebates as follows:
a) Ports West of the Indian subcontinent (starting from “Karachi, Pakistan” until Cochin at the west of India), shall be granted a rebate of 30% of Suez Canal normal tolls.
b) Ports located East of “Cochinport” until before “Port Klang”, shall be granted a rebate of 65% of Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) “Port Klang” and its eastern ports, shall be granted a rebate of 75% of Suez Canal normal tolls.
