DRY BULK SHIPS (LADEN / BALLAST) DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN AUSTRALIAN PORTS AND PORTS OF NORTH WEST EUROPE (STARTING FROM CADIZ PORT AND ITS NORTHERN PORTS). (SCA Circ. No.2/2017 and its updates valid until 30 June 2026).
Dry bulk vessels (Laden or in ballast) coming form or heading to ports of North West Europe starting from CADIZ port and its Northern ports and heading to or coming from the below listed regions in Australia are eligible for the following rebates:
a) Ports located at North West of CAIRNS port and ending to DARWIN port a rebate of 25% on the Suez Canal normal tolls.
b) Ports located at the West of DARWIN port till before GERALDTON port at the West of Australia a rebate of 55% on Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) Ports located at the South West, South and East of Australia starting from GERALDTON port at the South West of Australia and ending at CAIRNS port at the East of Australia a rebate of 75% on Suez Canal normal tolls.

DRY BULK SHIPS IN (LADEN OR IN BALLAST) DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN AMERICA’S EASTERN PORTS UP TO BRAZILIAN PORTS AND ASIAN PORTS. (SCA Circ. No.3/2018) and its updates valid until 30 June 2026)..
Laden or in ballast dry bulk vessels coming from or heading to the East Coast of North America (ports located North of Savannah port) and heading to or coming from the following areas:
a) Ports West of Indian subcontinent starting from Karachi until Cochin port shall be granted rebate 10% on Suez Canal normal tolls.
b) Ports located East of Cochin port up to Port Klang shall be granted rebate 40% on Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) Port Klang and its Eastern ports (including Far East area) shall be granted rebate of 55% on Suez Canal normal tolls.

Laden or in ballast dry bulk vessels (coming from or heading to) Savannah port (Latitude 32 06 39 N) and its southern ports (including ports of US Gulf, Mississippi river, Caribbean Sea and Latin America before Brazilian ports) and heading to or coming from the following areas shall be granted Suez toll rebate as follows:
a) Ports West of Indian subcontinent starting from Karachi up to Cochin port; shall be granted a reduction of 25% on the Suez Canal normal tolls.
b) Ports located East of Cochin port up to Port Klang shall be granted a reduction of 65% on the Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) Port Klang and its Eastern ports (including Far East area) shall be granted rebate of 75% on Suez Canal.

DRY BULK VESSELS (LADEN/BALLAST) DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN MAURITANIAN PORTS AND ITS SOUTHERN PORTS AT WEST AFRICA AND PORTS IN THE ARABIAN GULF, INDIA, & ITS EASTERN PORTS AND THE FAR EAST. (Basis Circ. No.2/2021& its updates valid until 30 June 2026).
Laden or Ballast dry bulk vessels (coming from or heading to) West of Africa (starting from ports of Mauritania and its Southern ports up to ports of Guinea) and heading to (or coming from) the following areas:
a) Arabian Gulf ports (ports within the Arabian Gulf starting from the port of Muscat) shall be granted a rebate of 15% of the Suez normal tolls
b) Ports West of Indian subcontinent starting from Karachi until Cochin port shall be granted rebate 25% on Suez Canal normal tolls.
c) Ports located East of Cochin port including the Far East area shall be granted rebate 75% on Suez Canal normal tolls.

DRY BULK VESSELS (LADEN/BALLAST) WHETHER “DRY BULK VESSELS” 3L/3B OR OTHER VESSELS 13L TRANSIT DUES TARIFF DIRECTLY OPERATING BETWEEN EGYPTIAN PORTS IN THE READ SEA ON ONE SIDE AND PORT AT SOUTH WEST AFRICA ON THE OTHER SIDE: (Basis Circ. No. 9/2023 and its updates valid until 30 June 2026.
Dry Bulk Vessels” [laden / ballast] (whether “Dry Bulk Vessels” (3L/3B) or “Other Vessels” (13L) transit dues tariff is applied) operating between Egyptian ports on the “Red Sea” on one side and ports at South-West Africa on the other side; shall be granted the following rebate percentages:
a) Ports at (Ghana – Togo – Benin – Nigeria), shall be granted a rebate of 20% of Suez Canal normal tolls.
b) Ports at “Cameroon” and its Southern ports, shall be granted a rebate of 45% of Suez Canal normal tolls.
